摘要
There are lots of valuable metals in waste battery material, recovery of Ni, Co and Mn from waste material not only protect the environment but also increase the comprehensive utilization of resources and decrease the cost of battery material. In this paper, the leaching conditions including acid amounts, particle size, reaction temperature, L/S ratio, oxidant amounts and reaction time were studied with hydrochloric acid as leaching agent. The experiment results show that the dissolution yields of Ni, Co and Mn can reach 95 % at least in hydrochloric system, the optimal conditions are that hydrochloric acid amounts is 1.4 times vs. theoretical amounts, the particle size of waste is through 150 mesh, temperature is about 60 degrees C, L/S ratio=6:1, and the leaching time is 2 hours, oxidant amounts are two times vs. that of sulfide. The process seems to be able to claim economic recovery of valuable metals from waste and is reliable and feasible.
