The study of mimetic biomineralization of calcium carbonate in some amino acid system

摘要
In this paper, CaCO3 crystal that formed in some amino acids with different R-groups was studied. The system of arginine with electronegative almost gains calcite, the system of valine without electriferous has no influence on the type of calcium carbonate crystal, the system of glutamic acid and aspartic acid with positive electriferous can gain a lot of vaterite. Taking chitosan-aspartic acid as the reaction system of biomineralization, the crystal structure and configuration was analyzed. It was found that aspartic acid advanced the larger quantity of vaterite with higher energy. On the other hand, ellipsoidal vaterite was observed in the system containing more aspartic acid. Then the growth adjust function of organic base in biomineralization was proved clearly.
