摘要
This paper proposes a nonlinear optimization method for optimal placement of distributed generations. There are two essential problems need to be solved for the optimal placement of distributed generations, one is the so-called optimal location problem which determines where distributed generations connect to distribution network, and another is the optimal capacity of distributed generations. The proposed method determines location by order of the sensitivities of node power losses respective to nodal loads, and evaluates the optimal capacities using second-order cone programming. The derived method has been tested on IEEE 33-bus distribution system, and the simulation results have shown the proposed method is simple, fast, and would be applied for on-line implementation.
