摘要
Based on the micro-focus X-ray source emission spectral features, this article analyzes the time coherence representation of micro-focus X-ray source, calculates and compares the temporal coherence length of two different targets. Finally presents the theoretical analysis to improve the micro-focus X-ray source time coherence with Fresnel zone plate. This time coherent research is expected to solve the problem of micro-focus X-ray source in the X-ray holographic imaging and phase contrast imaging in temporal coherence.
