摘要
For the growth of any organization the principal shareholder are its staff members and to utilize their talent efficiently, we uses criteria, which is based on profession skill and behavioural aspects of staff. This system can further be used to predict those need to have an appropriate methodology for their promotion assessment, which is efficient and also one which increases confidence in their selection process. There is a need for organization to change its primitive manual methods and adapt the new ones. To facilitate decision makers in making decision a web based Decision Support System is developed using the Model View Controller design. The proposed system staffs that need training program/domain technical skill and also predict those staffs that have higher chances of promotion in next assessment. The system is implemented using CodeIgniter framework with MySQL database. Technologies such as jQuery, Chart.js, HTML5 and CSS were used in order to construct the interface and frontend of the system. The model is tested on the sample taken from the Defence Lab.
