Design of the Integral Management System: a strategy for sustainable development

摘要：
The present study was carried out with the objective of designing a comprehensive management system in the business unit based in Havana, belonging to the worker transportation company. To harmonize environmental management, quality, and occupational health and safety as a way to achieve sustainable development, an evaluation of the current state of the environment management system established in the organization was carried out. After that, the guidelines for the requirements that needed to be updated or the generation of the relevant proposal were determined. Tools such as matrices, checklists were used that allowed consolidating the necessary information in accordance with the NC ISO 19001:2015, NC ISO 14001:2015 and NC ISO 45001:2018. The proposal for updating the environmental management system for the organization was established, having compliance with the standard as a reference and the integrated management system is proposed, as a way to contribute to sustainable development.
