摘要
The purpose of this article is to improve the university library's core position. The paper is analysis definition of knowledge management, summarized the problems at work of university library service, it puts forward the solutions and strategies of library subject innovation services in the disciplines of knowledge management, include: construction and innovation of academic literature resources system, create academic information portal, build high-quality academic service system, improve information literacy education, communication and customer service and innovation service management disciplines.
