FDI Inflow and Industrial Agglomeration in China

摘要：
This paper examines the relationship between FDI inflow and industrial agglomeration in China. It shows that FDI always has a positive and significant influence on industrial agglomeration no matter when it separately enters the regression or when other variables are included. And there is no inverted-U relationship between FDI and industrial agglomeration, which means the degree of Chinese industrial agglomeration is not very high and more FDI inflow will still foster more industrial agglomeration.
