摘要
Due to the incompleteness of typhoon disaster data, the existing comprehensive indexes and disaster model simulation method may lead the relatively large error. Base on information diffusion, this paper proposed a typhoon disaster method which combining a hazard probability density function by using information diffusion and a vulnerability curve related to precipitation through normal diffusion to get the risk result, expressing the expectation of direct loss rate. The analysis of the case of Shantou City of Guangdong Province shows that the model is practical and reliable.
