摘要
The development of science and technology causes fundamental changes in the field of people's eating from traditional queuing to order and then waiting for meals to reservation, online ordering, and electronic service. The main direction of development is satisfying customer's demand faster and correctly. This study comprehensively compares the advantages and disadvantages of three models, and issues the fourth model. It uses an image recognition system, and excludes the effect of image rotation and luminance. It completes the ordering process as long as server uses the camera to take the photo. This way greatly reduces the time spending, the error occurring, the money costing, and takes effect in the small restaurants.
