摘要
The integration of education and training in occupational safety and health is a fundamental pillar of the culture of prevention as an instrument to improve occupational health and safety conditions. In order to achieve this integration, various initiatives have emerged from different territorial areas that over time have converged towards a holistic and global approach that will include all the elements involved in preventive management, allowing workers greater assimilation and understanding of risks workers in their workplace. For this, training and education are vital tools to establish a culture of prevention not only in the workplace, but throughout the citizenship, through effective policies that implement ambitious planning instruments in their objectives and realistic in the proposed measures.
