Reconnecting current sheets in flares as a source of solar coronal heating

摘要
A model using self-similar solutions to describe heating of the so far corona plasma by heat flows from high-temperature turbulent current sheets in which there is force line reconnection is proposed. The model demonstrates the high efficiency of this mechanism for corona heating in active regions and flares. The differential emission measure of the heated plasma is determined as a function of temperature. The intensities of spectral lines of the ions Ca XIX and Fe XXV are calculated. images of the source of emission (the spatial distributions of the intensities of these lines) are constructed. Possible comparison of the model results with spectral and imaging observations of active regions and solar dares at soft X ray wavelengths is discussed.
