摘要：
Securities credit transactions is a trading pattern introduced to China in past two years. The introduction of this trading changed the situation that there are no credit transactions and no short sell mechanism in Shanghai Stock Market and Shenzhen Stock Market. The securities credit transactions started late in China, so, compared with foreign mature markets, the securities credit trading system have some places to improve continually. This paper study on the system of securities credit transactions at present, and explore ways to improve the trading system to contribute to the development of the securities credit trading and risk control.
