摘要
This work presents an adaptive matching network for rectifier circuit in wireless power transfer system by using varactor diode. By setting appropriate biasing voltages, the changes in the capacitances of the varactor enable the rectifier to reconfigure in response to the fluctuations in operating conditions, such as input power level and frequency. This allows the system to remain efficient despite changes in the external factors. Furthermore, integration with microcontroller unit (MCU) is investigated to enable precise control the biasing voltage level without consuming excessive power. This would allow the rectifier circuit to become optimizable in real time.
