摘要
The extraction of the spatial structure and the geographic featured information of high-resolution needs to carry out in a variety of scales, however, it's still a hard problem for determining the division of different types of scales of different object-oriented classification. "Submergence" and "fragmergence" is an important measure for the effect of the division. In this paper, author uses a new method based on pixel ratio index to balance the "submergence" and "fragmergence", and thus achieve an optimal segmentation scale.
