摘要
The article discusses the listening comprehension anxiety, the relation between the listening comprehension and the listening anxiety, the reasons of listening comprehension anxiety and its solutions for Chinese college students in the way of the quantitative research and qualitative research. The scale of listening anxiety shows that the Chinese college students have a higher anxiety scores for English Listening Comprehension, which is otherwise slightly negatively correlated with the listening comprehension scores. Qualitative analysis from the perspective of listening material, the listening process, teaching factors and personal factors is adopted to analyze the roots that cause students' Listening Class Anxiety reported through open-ended questionnaire and the proposal to reduce the anxiety.
