摘要：
A novel hydrogen peroxide pre-treatment of platinum electrodes is described, The method is applied to the electrogenerated chemiluminescence of luminol using air-segmented flow and an improved response and precision are reported, A rectilinear calibration for luminol is reported from 10(-10) mol dm(-3) to 10(-5) mol dm(-3) with a LOD of 1 x 10(-10) mol dm(-3). An explanation in terms of surface effects on the electrode surface is given, supported by cyclic voltammetry results.
