摘要：

To improve the economic benefit is the goal of electric power enterprise pursuit of the goal, is also the basic guarantee for the survival and the development of the enterprise. Enterprise must fully realize all the kinds of risk, establish and improve the risk control mechanism, prevent the risk that occur in the development process of enterprise. So the risk management is particularly important. The better the risk management of engineering project, the better the performance of the corporation. This paper introduces the main source of risk management of the power engineering project and puts forward countermeasures.
