摘要:
Trilayered CoFe/Ru/CoFe synthetic films were optimized as a pinned layer of spin-valve. The thermal stability of the PtMn synthetic spin-valve was investigated as a function of temperature, The thermal stability of PtMn based synthetic spin-valve was superior to that of the normal PtMn based spin-valve.
