1H and 13C assignments of passiflorine from Passiflora edulis

摘要：
Two cycloartanol-type saponins isolated from Passiflora edulis were identified as passiflorine and its C-31 epimer by NMR techniques. Complete H-1 and C-13 assignments of passiflorine have not previously been published. The identification of this compound by NMR methods will be discussed and full H-1 and C-13 assignments for both epimers are given.
