摘要
Carbon nanotubes are cylindrical nanostructures with nanometer diameter, high electrical conductivity, chemical stability, and extremely high mechanical strength and modulus. These special properties of both single-walled and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs and MWNTs) have attracted much attention in the research field of nanotechnology. Recently, significant advances have been made by using carbon nanotubes as sensors for the detection of biomolecules.
