On the basis of characteristic of the dynamic alliance, analysed the structure, characteristic and function of the dynamic alliances information platform of small and medium-sized enterprises; Direct against the current situation of the informationization of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country,we propose ASP model..Point out the problems which should pay attention to when small and medium-sized enterprises use ASP model.
