Descriptions of the coordination problem in managing urban transport systems

At a certain stage of metropolis development, there arises the necessity to coordinate the management of the work of all modes of urban passenger transport and, in the market environment, of the buses of municipal transport, private transport firms, and individual carriers. A coordination procedure is proposed in which the vector optimization problem is stated for every transport department, and the solution optimal for the metropolis transport system as a whole is sought in the set of the solutions to this problem.
