摘要
Flood remote sensing monitoring system in the Lower Yellow River was designed with remote sensing engineering idea. Based an geography information system (GIS), integrating image process, flood inundation interpretation and engineering disaster analysis, the system will do strong support for decision - making of flood control. The system requirement, work flow and function design were discussed and the water sideline automatic interpretation technology used in this system was introduced in this paper.
