Inverse competitive tactics for medium and small businesses

摘要
How to choose competitive tactics is of significance to the survival and development of inedium and small businesses. Starting from the analysis of their inside and outside environment, the paper suggests that medium and small businesses needs to break the routine of management by pondering problems from the opposite end of the spectrum and to use the competitive tactics inverse to that being used by big businesses. The paper puts forth some inverse competitive tactics for medium and small businesses. The discussion shows that the inverse of upper and lower goals or conditions, the inverse of basic elements, the inverse of transformation and the inverse reasoning are four effective methods for medium and small businesses to establish their competitive tactics.
