摘要
The Fe-Cu system in bilayer and alloy form was prepared using a D. C. magnetron sputtering system fabricated in-house, and studied by several techniques. Structural characterization of the samples was performed by X-ray and polarized neutron reflectivity and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry. SQUID magnetometry on these samples included zero-field-cooled and field-cooled magnetization in 5K-300K range under 500 Oe, as well as hysteresis loop measurements at 5K.
