摘要
Realizing informatization of coal enterprises safety management is the best choice to raise the level of coal enterprises safety management. Based on analysis of the coal enterprises production characteristics, according to basic theory and method of modern safety management, the safety management mode of coal enterprise safety management, which is based on management of coal mine hazard, is given, the process of monitoring, checking and evaluating of the three levels such as coal enterprise to coal mine, coal mine to teams and groups, teams and groups to staff is put forward.. Through the detailed analysis of requirement, based on B/S mode, the running frame of coal enterprise safety management information system is constructed, and the corresponding software system is developed with java technology. The system embodies the management thought of all staff, all positions, all processes and PDCA.
