Studies on the research of service quality provided by the public transport systems around the world are absolutely necessary in a social environment in which users' needs are becoming more and more demanding. The research aims to present a series of methods used in various cities of the world, in order to highlight the quality of public transportation networks. There are also very interesting the results obtained by the researchers and the possible ways to improve the identified situations. The purpose was to present a series of varied methods from different international cities. Likewise, cities were selected according to national importance, population or tourist interest. In order to improve transport services, it is necessary for the Public authorities to obtain feedback from users, as they are the most suitable to offer proposals for improving the system.
