PERSONNEL AUDIT

Recruitment and selection of administrative staff/managers and their effective management is a part of the company policy, which is part of the corporate strategy. A number of factors operate in its range, including corporate strategy, purpose of the company, corporate vision, mission of the company enterprise, speed of development organizations and corporate culture. These and other factors are closely interrelated and their impact on human resources management is diverse.
