摘要
Semiconductor sensors based on gallium arsenide, modified by the electrochemical method, have been developed for the potentiometric titration of metal ions. After surface modification, the electroanalytical characteristics of GaAs electrodes are improved, namely, the slope of the electrode function increases, the linearity range of the electrode function widens, and the response time decreases.
