What Principles Should the Implementation of the Case Method in Management Courses Follow? -Human Resource Management Courses

Case Method is the common practice of teachers in management courses. The purpose of this paper will attempt to explore the regular thing in the case method during management courses. By the means of qualitative research, the conclusions of the paper is : teachers should ensure that the content of the course is comprehensive and accurate, they should have real experiences and feelings in management practices and have students on the proper lead and inspire by art and wisdom in the classroom. At the same time, students should have strong academic achievement motivation, basic knowledge and skills of the management courses and some actual experience and feelings of the management activities. This treatise's specificity: the author analyzes separately from the point of view of the teacher and student.
