摘要：
Image Steganography is a emerging technique to hide the data. But in today's suspicious world, it is not sufficient just to hide the data. For this purpose we encrypt the data before hidingit. The existing problem for this project is regarding the efficiency in terms of quality of the image. For the sake of improvement of efficiency, we basically improve the parameter like PSNR of the image. This proposed approach is very successful in enhancing the quality and parameter i.e. PSNR of the image. Thus the probability to steal the secret information from the image is very difficult
