摘要
This paper researches information equipments' structure characteristics. According to maintain request using module piece to change in battlefield, establish the general method of fault tree model. With a certain armored vehicle information equipment analysis construct the fault location by fault tree module, develop of breakdown diagnosis system, solution the problem information equipment rapid diagnosis and maintain.
