摘要
Purpose: Purpose of this study was to evaluate a goal setting concept cardiac rehabilitation. Material and Methods: 1390 patients took part in the randomised controlled study, 687 were in the control group (CG) and 703 in the intervention group (IG). 2 measurement points were analysed; baseline and 6 months after rehabilitation. Primary outcome was health related behaviour (smoking, nutrition, physical activity); secondary outcomes were physiological risk factors (blood lipids, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight). Results: Analysis showed significant differences betweeen both groups regarding the healthy nutrition, while the IG showed a more healthy behavior (p=0.049). Furthermore, the participation rate for coronary sport was higher in the IG (p=0.001). Detailed analysis of the BMI revealed a positive effect for the obese patients in IG. Discussion and Conclusion: The intervention showed positive middle-term effects regarding nutrition and physical activity as well as a positive influence on weight in the IG. No effect was found for smoking. Analysis of the long-term effects is still outstanding.
