摘要
In this paper, a novel slow-wave structure called ridge-loaded multiple beams folded-waveguide slow-wave structure has been proposed for 0.22THz traveling wave tubes. The dispersion characteristics of the folded waveguide traveling wave tube (FW-TWT) is analyzed by applying equivalent circuit model. The FW is equivalent as the transmission line. All parts and beam tunnels are considered. Compared with the CST simulation result, it is certified equivalent circuit model for this new structure works well.
