摘要：
In the diagnosis of digital device, designing measuring points to stimulate device so as to distinguish criminate among candidates is an aspect of diagnosis as complex as candidates generation. This paper proposes an approach to optimal measurements based on hierarchical model and heuristic knowledge. And the experiment results-have verified the correctness of the approach.
