摘要
This paper presents the key findings from an in-depth case study analysis of a mega transportation infrastructure project with respect to project management practices and stakeholder influence. The project examined is a major highway constructed in the United Arab Emirates. Data was collected using multiple methods including document examination, face-to-face interviews with key stakeholders, site visits and a focus group discussion. The findings highlight the need for improved coordination, communication, decision-making and knowledge-sharing between all the stakeholders. (C) 2014 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
