摘要
For the presence of arbitrary and subjective empowerment issues in talent performance evaluation indicators in business, this article will make with a combination of entropy and multi-attribute group decision to establish the corporate human resources performance evaluation methodology, and then through a numerical example to verify the method's effectiveness.
