摘要：
A set of 1alpha/1beta-[(4-R-phenyl)ethyl]quinolizidines was synthetized and together with selected intermediates was tested for affinity to sigma-1 receptor. Some compounds displayed good affinity for the relevant receptor, with K-i in the nanomolar range, and good selectivity versus sigma(2), 5HT(2A) and D-2 receptor subtypes.
