摘要：
To avoid a third major cardiovascular surgery in an 84-year-old man, a Melody Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve was implanted in a functionally stenotic bioprosthesis in the pulmonary position. The intervention was free of complications with good results. (C) 2015 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons
