Community management is a significant project in the process of urbanization in China as well as a primary mission for the government's building harmonious society. While along with the development of digital technology, the traditional community management mode finds it hard to adapt itself to the requirements of community management in the new trend. The information age's approaching cries for a brand-new community management mode to match with it.
