摘要
This paper presents a millimeter-wave dual-polarized slot antenna array by using a SIW cavity supporting TE210 and TE120 modes. A crossed slot is etched over the cavity. The antenna element can be excited from two orthogonal directions to realize dual-polarization. Thanks to the orthogonality between TE210 and TE120 mode, high isolation and low cross-polarization arc achieved in the antenna. A prototype of the designed antenna array is demonstrated at the center frequency of 25 GHz. The measured and simulated results are in good agreement showing that the antenna array has high radiation efficiency, high port isolation and low cross-polarization.
