Determination of different kinds of pesticide residues in vegetable by gas-chromatography

摘要：

A method was developed to analyze alachlor, acelochlor, fipronil, paclobutrazol, fen-amidone, cyflufenamid, kresoxim-methyl, flumioxazin, indoxacarb, permethrin, beta-cypermethrin, cyfluthrin and esfenvalerate in vegetable by GC. In the purified process C,, graphite carbon black, primary secondary amine (PSA) and solvent transformation were used. In the range of 0.002 - 0.05 mg/kg, recoveries (n = 6) of the pesticides were 80% - 100% with RSD of 1% - 6%. The limits of detection for fipronil and cyflufenamid were 0.002 mg/kg, for kresoxim-methyl, alachlo, acetochlor were 0.004 mg/kg, paclobutrazol, fenamidone, permethrin, cyfluthrin, be-ta-cypermethrin, esfenvalerate, flumioxazin and indoxacarb were 0.01 mg/kg. The method has the advantage of simplicity, repeatability, and sensitivity.
