The Act on the National Labour Inspectorate imposes an obligation on the latter to provide advice and technical and legal information on the labour protection. In Poland there has been adopted a rule that legal advice can be provided by the professional inspection staff during the duty hours in the offices of the National Labour Inspectorate's organisational units.
