摘要：
In this paper, a device used to simulate standard lightning wave is presented. The device is composed of a set of surge generator and a set of PPTC. Remote electromagnetic environment can be simulated in PPTC. We use special measurement method to testify its efficiency and feasibility. The result shows that the device can work very well.
