摘要
In this paper, a direct power control (DPC) of the three-phase three-level neutral point clamped (NPC) rectifier with pulse width modulation (PWM) is presented. The instantaneous active and reactive power correction are analyzed in order to derive the switching table, which are control strategies using optimized switching sequences based on the space vector concept, which constructs from the original medium vectors to achieve zero common mode voltage (ZCMV). The DPC model is simulated using MATLAB Simulink software. The simulation results have shown that the control method has a good dynamic response of active and reactive power. The common mode voltage was eliminated The line currents are sinusoidal waveform and low distortion while the unity power factor (UPF) is also achieved, in addition the DC bus voltage is always controlled as required and the voltage across the two capacitors are always balanced. Theoretical analysis will he demonstrated through empirical results.
