摘要
The process of market globalization and continual technological advancement, among other factors, entails a new business environment characterized by being more dynamic and complex. In this context, information and communication technologies are key elements because they lead to the creation and transmission of knowledge, favoring the development of intangible assets in organizations. The objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship between information and communication technologies and knowledge management, gaining a better understanding of how these technologies permit the creation of knowledge within organizations with consequent positive effects.
