摘要
The rapid development of integrated circuit design and manufacturing technology has brought great challenges to the circuit testing and diagnosis, and the analog circuit fault diagnosis is still the difficulty and focus of circuit diagnosis. Due to the continuous parametric fault values and unpleasant nonlinearity increasing in analog circuit, the technologies in the analog circuit diagnosis is still less advanced than that in digital circuits. In this paper, on the basis of the existing research in-depth interpretation of analog circuit fault diagnosis method based on complex model, and the two order Thomas filter circuit as an example to verify the theory, has been verified in the actual circuit simulation, the method is feasible.
