摘要：
Entrepleneurship plays a more and more important part in today's economy. Moreover, it has greatly promoted job-creation and economic increasing. Research on entrepreneurship will give advice to the development of entrepreneurs in our nation. Corporate entrepreneurship will contribute greatly to enterprises' performance while the desire for entrepreneur's achievement and external control will help to build up corporate entrepreneurship.
