摘要：
1mm thick KTiOPO4 was poled with 720nm domain period by employing UV-lithography, chemical patterning and electric field poling. The structure was used to demonstrate 6 and 7 order quasi-phase matched backward second harmonic generation. (c) 2005 Optical Society of America
